Trademark Licensing Agreement (TMLA)
Our licensing program lets qualified partners utilize AGS trademarks such as AquaRepel™, BIOPURE®, iNHance™, PureFresh™, and AGShield™ on product packaging, hangtags, digital channels, and etc., once performance is verified and usage guidelines are met.
Download, complete, and submit the AGS Trademark Licensing Agreement.

Eligibility
You may apply if you are a brand, retailer, or manufacturer that is using an authentic AGS technology supplied directly by AGS, or by an authorized AGS distributor, and your finished goods meet the performance criteria for the specific technology which is verified by AGS, the IAC, or a customer approved IAC-Certified third-party, independent lab.
Application Process
Step 1 — Verify performance
Complete the required performance verification for the relevant BIOPURE® finish (wash-durability and function per the product’s technical guidance). If you haven’t completed this yet, we’ll connect you with our team to arrange testing with an AGS-recognized lab.
Step 2 — Apply online
Submit the Trademark License Application. You’ll need your performance verification details and basic product info.
Step 3 — Agreement issuance
We’ll review your application and, if approved, issue a Trademark License Agreement (TMLA) for e-signature.
Step 4 — Get assets
After countersignature, we’ll provide access to the Ingredient Brand Asset Kit (logos, usage specs, claims library, and examples).
Step 5 — Artwork approval (before use)
Share or send any packaging, hangtags, labels, or digital pages that feature an AGS ingredient trademark for a quick review before you print or publish. We will return either “approved,” “approve with edits,” or “revise and resubmit.”
Turnaround Time
Review time: initial review, and first-time go applications, are completed within 3–5 business days from submission.
Fees: There is no application or renewal fee. Projects that meet our monthly Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), will also receive free-of-charge printed materials for the number of treated articles based on mass balance evaluation. If a project is below our MOQ, then printed materials are quoted at cost. (If your legal/finance policy requires different terms, we will disclose them in the agreement before signature.)
Legal notice
Approval is limited to trademark usage and claims explicitly authorized by AGS for the submitted products and channels. You are solely responsible for regulatory compliance and consumer labeling in all selling countries. AGS may review, request corrective actions, or revoke approval if usage deviates from the agreement.
